Are you a member of the clean eating lifestyle, but could use a bit of motivation and support to make it stick? Are you struggling to stay on track and frustrated as to why? Or are you just interested in learning more about this fab way to live?
Join Life Coach Tamara Pulles and other clean eating teammates and learn new tools to work through the limiting beliefs that are barriers to your healthy lifestyle. Also, discuss challenges and successes of eating clean and your health/fitness program and get team support to really achieve your goals!
You’ll learn how to:
- * Understand the limiting beliefs that are getting in your way
- * Say no to emotional eating
- * Find balance and learn the value of self-care
This three week telecourse and support group that will help you embrace clean eating and a healthy lifestyle and succeed at being the best you there is! Bring it on, 2010 – this is going to be the best year ever!
