My FAVOURITE books are by Tosca Reno (Eat Clean Cookbooks – there are a few out now). She is also a huge inspiration to me…lost a lot of weight, cleaned up her diet and her life! Love her. Also, Tosca’s The Eat Clean Diet– which is not a diet at all.
