About Me

I am a Martha Beck trained Life Coach and am absolutely passionate about coaching and what it can do for a person’s life, love, career, overall happiness and success – whatever and however each individual defines them.

Much of my life I have been a confidante, sounding board and coach to friends, family, colleagues and even new people I meet. I am lucky to have an ability and career that allows me to connect with people and offer support, reassurance and tools to inspire them in changing, confusing or trying times.

I have loved every second of being able to help people find comfort and feel better about situations that had been causing them pain or stress. This, it seems, lead me quite naturally - though not without a lot of time and self-discovery along the way - to pursue a career in Coaching.

Before beginning my coach training, I worked in public relations, communications and community investment for several years. I also have a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Environmental Design Degree from the University of Calgary.

I appreciate all the experiences, trials and errors I went through to complete my schooling, have a successful corporate career and now work with passion and joy daily as a Life Coach. Every day is like a Saturday and I am beyond grateful for each moment.

Let me help you live YOUR inspired life too!

My Thoughts:

  • I know that other people’s opinion of me is none of my business.
  • I love animals…all of them. Well, other than spiders – but since they aren’t actually animals, the fact that I am a wee bit terrified of them doesn’t count.
  • I believe there is nothing one can’t achieve with the right thoughts, intention and directed action.
  • Poutine is one of my favourite treats. Yum.
  • I believe in true love.
  • I have the greatest guy, an adorable 72 pound lap dog and two sweet, funny (but slightly unstable) kitties. I am considering writing a book called “Why a king size bed is a requirement, not an option”.
  • Aligning your energy will get you way farther than crossing your fingers ever will.
  • I have played soccer for many years and still do. I love playing tennis. I’m quite bad at golf, so the LPGA Tour will have to wait.
  • I know that no matter what happens or goes on around me, I am always in control of my thoughts, feelings and actions – and with that, I also control my experience.
  • I love shoes. My mom used to call me Imelda Marcos. She may have been on to something there.
